That very strange. When my gerbil did it to me i blew in his face softly but a bit harder to get my message across that i don’t like it when he does that. Use my technique and i promise it will work. When he nibbles on you blow in his face hard enough to get your message across and say no firmly. I did it and it worked in the first two weeks of staying consistent with it. Hope it works!

How about the epic of the Trojan War. The whole poem by Homer is about how Paris was promised the most beautiful woman in the land, Helen of Troy. The myth is called the iliad, and it’s all about ancient greece. It’s not an entirely true story, but it’s very historical

I think it has changed due to the media exposure in the past 20 years, along with people becoming more tolerant of “different looks” and different perceptions of beauty.

I think back to the 1970′s….beautiful was considered tall, blonde, and busty…think of the original supermodel Cheryl Tiegs or actress Farrah Fawcett. While Jaclyn Smith was just as beautiful as Farrah and Kate Jackson had a better figure (although it was hidden by her “career women” wardrobe, Farrah stood out because of what society’s image of beauty was. That tall blonde image rolled into the 1980′s with Christie Brinkley, Kim Alexis, and Kelly Emberg being the top models of the early 80′s. That went with the “Greed is Good” and “the bigger the better…when it came to shoulder pads and hair” image and society. It wasn’t until the late 80′s when a shift in people’s perception brought us brunette like beauties Christy Turlington and of course, Cindy Crawford (complete with signature mole) and actress Julia Roberts with a wider-than average smile and a larger than size 2 body (early on). Women of color such as Naomi Campbell became a “Supermodel” not just a “black supermodel”, so society as a whole was starting to make progress in the right direction! In the early 90′s, the look went to “heroin addict” appearance like Kate Moss was famous for. Notice the change with popular music…grunge was in and the sloppy drug addict appearance went along with it. Now, think about how we went from the 1970′s with basic network TV to the 1980′s with cable and MTV, into the early 1990′s with a lot of TV shows focusing on “Entertainment Tonight” and celebrities.
