I just found out that I am a month pregnant with my third baby. I was married for 9 years and have two children who are white like me. I am now with my first love who is black and we are having a baby! We are both SOOOO excited. What I am curious about is, is there anything that I should know that would be different as far as taking care of a mixed baby? Like for example, my to be sister-in-law has a daughter and noticed that she only washes her hair every few days or so. Is there a reason for this? Also, are there things that I should do differently for the baby’s skin? I noticed that my boyfriend is always applying Coco butter to his skin and his niece’s skin. I feel kind of silly asking his family these questions so I thought I would try here first! Basically if there is anything that anyone thinks I should know that would apply, please help out. For all you immature “children” who want to get stupid, don’t even think about putting anything on here that is negative. I better not see one racist comment or disgusting terminology on here. I want real, truthful and helpful answers please. Thanks! : )

I have a hairless Chinese Crescent/cocker spaniel and his previous owners gave me baby lotion and shampoo for him. I just don’t see this being moisturizing enough. His skin is really dry. What is a better lotion or cream?

I have an 11 month old blue pit bull who breaks out in hives and his eyes swell up. He has been to the vet, they checked him out and couldn’t find anything wrong. I have researched a lot on it but can’t seem to find anything to stop this. I also have a four month old brown and red pit bull, but we think he is possibly a blue nose pit, and he too breaks out the same way. Benadryl seems to be ineffective at this point, and I can’t shelter them inside all the time. In addition, they both breakout if wiped down with baby wipes after they have played outside. I feel so bad for them and don’t know what I can do to help them. Any suggestions?

im 29weeks pregnant and i just cant help thinking would my baby come out normal and healthy.. i had my last period nov.29 2007. and i started my skin care/acne treatment with dermatologist on december without realizing i was pregnant, i started research about the components of the acne medications i had but all the info i gathered seemed insufficient.any way, i confirmed i was pregnant last january and was already 4weeks pregnant then, i decided to totally stop applying all my topical acne medications at 8weeks till now. i know the unfavorable effects of isotretinoin, etc. on the baby thats why im so worried….

to all moms out there, what do u think? have u had any experience like this? and how’s your baby?….

My bf is 100 percent white european and I am bi-racial thai-caucasian. I have got a japanese-thai friend living in thailand. last time, I visited thailand me, my bf and my japanese friend and her baby ( japanese-thai baby)went to mall together. there was a time I left my bf. with a japanese baby of my friend, while me and my friend went to toilet. when we came back I saw the thai girls secretly looking at my bf. which caring the japanese baby. they said ” hey, bi-racial baby, her skin so white and the face so beautiful like her daddy.”??? ………..they mistaken my white boyfriend as the father of my friend’s baby. and that baby looked completely japanese but thai people thought she was a bi-racial just because she has fair skin and the white man caring her?…………..okay. listen to another opposite story? boyfriend’s relative married black woman. when he go anywhere with his bi-racial black-white baby. everyone always think that she wasn’t his real child but the adopted child just because her skin is darker than her dad.
I don’t think thai people look the same at all. they are range from chinese-looking, hispanic, arab to black as african.
Sugga B : I don’t believe white skin is nice. I am bi-racial thai and I know many of them who have dark skin……..one of my pure thai relative looks like east indian and he has got dark complexion as well.
edit : that’s why I asked this question. I don’t think my boyfriend look like a japanese baby of my friend at all but I curious people like to think fair skinned asians are bi-racial………I have seen many good-looking thai people who look like east indian but they don’t find them attractive eventhought they look caucasian than the air one which mostly have chinese decent.
Curious : yes I know but people from southern thailand have arab mixed…..u have to come to southern of thailand. they have curl hair and hooked nose. but they don’t like to paticipate with other regions that much. but the city where my house in thailand is, there are many of them staying there.

And possibly be able to swim in it?

Unfortunately the Sephora’s around me do not carry makeup forever, and I am interested in trying out their Face & Body Foundation. I am an NW20 in MAC all year round (I do not tan). I’m looking for somethign lightweight, any suggestions/help would be appreciated, thanks!
